How do I enter a Farmer Walk, Running, or other distance exercise?
Adaptifier now supports entering movements tracked by distance and resistance. Select the appropriate Movement Type when adding a Movement, and when you select that movement when adding a session you will see input fields for distance and resistance.
For something like running, it is recommended to use a Perceived Exertion scale such as 1-10 for your resistance, with 10 being the highest level of intensity possible.
